For over 15 years, Bill served as Executive Chairman of Consumer Orbit, where he spearheaded the company's mission to aggregate marketing intelligence and reveal powerful connections between consumer databases and transaction-based insights. His corporate governance expertise has been valued in the boardrooms of prominent public companies, including Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT) and Comscore (NASDAQ: SCOR), where he co-chaired the Governance Committee with distinction.

Bill's executive journey includes serving as Senior Vice President of Innovation for Experian's Marketing Services Group, where he also held a seat on the Marketing Information Services Executive Board. His leadership extended to co-president of Experian Research Services, demonstrating his ability to drive growth within global information services enterprises.

Following the acquisition by Symmetrical Resources—a company he co-founded in 1992—Bill assumed the role of Chairman and CEO of Simmons Market Research Bureau.
